For example, if you buy ten records, you get to choose ten free Christmas records from the selection in the truck. Buy 100 records an get 100 free Christmas records. And so on.
I admit to enjoying certain Christmas records…but Tailgate Records has entirely too many Christmas records in stock. So for a limited time, we’re giving them away with your purchase. Act now. Come November, they won’t be free and you’ll wish you’d have listened to me back in July! ;-)
What would you do with so many Christmas records? Well, for one thing, they make great holiday decor. Grab a few LP frames from your favorite hip record store and prop them on the mantel with the mistletoe. You can even fill a frame with one of the Elvis Christmas Albums we have and put that one atop your tree. Or, clean ’em up, and they make great Christmas morning place mats! And, another great idea, they make GREAT Christmas cards. Just take red and/or green sharpies to write out a personal greeting on the back cover of your record. Then, wrap it in brown craft paper, spray paint a cheery Christmas stencil you can cut out yourself onto the brown paper, leaving room for a mailing address. Then just pop ’em in the mail! And, really, who wouldn’t want to hear Der Bingo croon the classic White Christmas anyway? They’re cool, they’re kitschy, and they’re totally you. And the more records you buy, the more Christmas records you get for free!
Here’s the fine print: Selection is limited to the Christmas records in the truck. You must buy your records off the truck to get the free Christmas records. You have to select your free Christmas records and take them with you at the time of your July purchase. The free Christmas records do not increase your purchase count. You get one free Christmas record with each non-Christmas record purchased. Christmas records are not for sale during the Christmas in July sale, but at all other times, you may purchase Christmas records at our regular, ridiculously low prices. While supplies last!
